We are a fast-growing training institute focused on providing quality education to students and working professionals in the IT domain. As we expand our offerings in Java, Python, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), we’re looking to collaborate with passionate and experienced industry professionals who love teaching and mentoring.

🔧 Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions in Java, Python, or AI (any one or more)
• Teach both fresh graduates and working professionals, depending on the batch
• Conduct online sessions or offline sessions in Bangalore, if applicable
• Develop or adapt training content and practical, hands-on examples
• Engage with learners through Q&A, assignments, and interactive activities
• Monitor student progress and support them throughout the course duration

✅ Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of real-world industry experience in any of the following domains:
  • Java Development (Core, Advanced, Frameworks)
  • Python Programming, Automation, or Data Science
  • Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Deep Learning / NLP
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus
• Comfortable teaching live online classes (and offline if located in Bangalore)
• Passionate about knowledge sharing and mentoring careers

💼 Engagement Model

• Revenue Sharing: 50% of the course fee paid by each enrolled student
• Payment: Per batch or full course basis
• Class Schedule: Flexible – Weekdays / Weekends / Evenings based on trainer’s availability

📍 Additional Details

• Location: Online or In-Person (Bangalore) – depending on student enrollment
• Employment Type: Part-Time / Freelance
• Experience Required: 4 to 8 years (industry experience preferred)
• Compensation: 50% Revenue Share per Student
