Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems Trainer to collaborate with us in delivering practical, industry-oriented embedded systems training at our Bengaluru office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct offline classroom training sessions on Embedded Systems.
- Teach microcontroller fundamentals, digital electronics, and interfacing concepts.
- Provide hands-on training in Embedded C and C programming, as applicable.
- Cover microcontrollers and development boards such as Arduino, ESP32, STM32, or 8051, depending on your expertise.
- Explain GPIO, timers, interrupts, UART, SPI, I²C, and other communication protocols.
- Guide students through sensor interfacing, hardware integration, debugging, and practical projects.
- Introduce IoT-based embedded applications where relevant.
- Provide assignments, project guidance, and practical demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the SYNKOC team regarding batch schedules and student progress.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller programming.
- Practical experience with Embedded C/C and hardware interfacing.
- Familiarity with development boards, electronic components, and debugging tools.
- Understanding of serial communication protocols and peripheral interfacing.
- Ability to explain concepts through hands-on demonstrations and projects.
- Previous technical training, teaching, or mentoring experience is preferred.
Collaboration Model
- 50:50 revenue-sharing model, as mutually agreed.
- Student leads and batch coordination support from SYNKOC.
- Flexible batch schedules by mutual agreement.
- Training conducted offline at our Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru office.
- Opportunity to deliver beginner-to-advanced training based on your expertise.
This is a freelance collaboration opportunity, not a fixed-salary employment position. Earnings depend on the batches conducted and student enrolments.
