Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced CCNA Networking Trainer to collaborate with us in delivering practical, industry-oriented networking training at our Bengaluru office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct offline classroom training sessions on computer networking and CCNA concepts.
- Teach networking fundamentals, OSI and TCP/IP models, and network topologies.
- Explain IPv4/IPv6 addressing, subnetting, and IP connectivity.
- Provide hands-on training in routers, switches, VLANs, trunking, and inter-VLAN routing.
- Cover static routing, dynamic routing fundamentals, and routing protocols.
- Teach network services, including DHCP, DNS, NAT, and ACLs.
- Introduce basic network security, troubleshooting, and device configuration.
- Provide practical lab exercises using Cisco networking equipment or simulators such as Cisco Packet Tracer, where appropriate.
- Guide students through troubleshooting exercises, assignments, and practical networking projects.
- Help learners prepare for the relevant Cisco CCNA certification exam.
- Coordinate with the SYNKOC team regarding batch schedules and student progress.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of computer networking and CCNA-level concepts.
- Practical experience configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches.
- Understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing, and network security fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Cisco IOS and networking simulation tools.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly through hands-on demonstrations.
- Previous technical training, teaching, or mentoring experience is preferred.
- Cisco certifications are an advantage.

- 50:50 revenue-sharing model, as mutually agreed.

- Training conducted offline at our Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru office.

This is a freelance collaboration opportunity, not a fixed-salary employment position. Earnings depend on the batches conducted and student enrolments.
