Who can become a SYNKOC instructor?
Industry professionals, experienced trainers, faculty members and subject experts with hands-on knowledge in one of our domains — or a new, in-demand topic.
Do I need prior teaching experience?
It helps, but it isn't required. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain clearly matter most — our team helps you with the rest.
Can I teach part-time or as a freelancer?
Yes. Many of our instructors teach alongside their jobs. Recorded courses can be created at your own pace, and live batches are scheduled around your availability.
Which teaching formats can I choose?
Self-paced recorded courses, instructor-led live online batches and offline classroom sessions at our Bengaluru centre. You can choose one or combine them.
How do I get paid?
You earn when learners enrol in your course or batch. Payment terms are shared and agreed with you once your instructor application is approved.
What happens after I apply?
Our team reviews your profile and may invite you for a short conversation or demo session. Once approved, you get access to your instructor dashboard.
