Missing Mobile App Purchases

If you have made a purchase on a our mobile app and it is missing or not showing up, here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

Check your purchase history: Our app stores provide a purchase history section that lists all the purchases made on your account. Check this section to see if the purchase is listed there.

Refresh the app: Sometimes, purchases take a little while to show up in the app. Try refreshing the app or logging out and logging back in to see if the purchase appears.

Contact customer support: If the purchase is still missing, contact the our app’s customer support team support@synkoc.com . They can check their records and help you resolve the issue.

Check your payment method: If you used a payment method other than the app store, such as PayPal or a credit card, check to make sure the payment went through. Sometimes, payment issues can cause purchases to not show up in the app.

Check your device: Make sure your device is up to date and meets the app’s system requirements. If your device is not compatible with the app, you may not be able to access your purchases.
