Who we are

A training company built around one problem

Graduates finish college with a degree and no proof they can do the work. We exist to close that gap.

SYNKOC IT Services Private Limited is a registered MSME based in Bengaluru. We run internships, training programmes and corporate workshops across programming, data, design and communication, delivered in our classrooms and online to students across India and abroad.

Most of our students come to us after a degree that taught them theory. What they are missing is the part an interviewer asks about: a project they built themselves, a dataset they cleaned, a model they trained, a drawing they dimensioned correctly. Our programmes are structured around producing exactly that.

Every programme ends with work a student can show, a certificate that records what they actually did, and for those who earn it, a letter of recommendation. We are an AICTE-recognised internship provider, so academic credit is straightforward for students who need it.

We are a small team and we teach our own courses. The person who writes the curriculum is usually the person standing in front of the class, which is why we ask every student for feedback after every session, and why we act on it.

How we work

The same four things run through every programme we offer.

💻

Build, then learn

Theory takes the first hour. The rest of the day is hands on keyboard, with a trainer in the room to unstick you.

👥

Small batches

Groups stay small enough that a trainer knows every student's name and notices when someone goes quiet.

📄

Proof you can show

A project, a certificate recording what you built, and a letter of recommendation where it is earned.

💬

Feedback after every session

Students rate each class. Ratings reach the trainer the same day, and the course changes because of them.
