The following terms and conditions apply to the website, products and services offered by Synkoc. This includes the mobile and tablet versions as well as any other version of Synkoc accessible via desktop, mobile, tablet, social media or other devices.
By using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. In these terms and conditions, the words “website” refer to the Synkoc website, “products” refer to the courses available on the website, “we”, “us”, “our” and “Synkoc” refer to Synkoc and “you” and “user” refer to you, the user of Synkoc.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING, USING OR OBTAINING ANY MATERIALS, INFORMATIONOR PRODUCTS.
1. ELIGIBLITY
Use of the website and purchase of products may only be made in accordance with these terms and conditions and all applicable local, national and international laws, rules and regulations.
Access to the website and the products available on the website are available to all ages, although we do not collect personal information from persons under the age of 13 (see privacy policy). It is the responsibility of parents or legal guardians to determine whether any of the content, services and products are appropriate for their children or minors under their guardianship.
By using the website and purchasing the products, you represent and warrant that you have full right, power and authority to enter into these terms and conditions and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder. 2. INSTRUCTORS
2.1. Registration
If you wish to register on the website as an Instructor for the purpose of providing and offering content (courses) through the website, you must read this agreement and indicate your acceptance during the registration process. In consideration of your use of the website as an Instructor, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under any applicable jurisdiction. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your content (courses) as prompted by the registration form available on Synkoc, and to maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Synkoc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the website at any time without notice.
2.2. Account
If you register on Synkoc, you will be required to choose a password, and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Synkoc of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. You may never use another user’s account without prior authorization from Synkoc. Synkoc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this agreement.
By providing Synkoc with your email address, you consent to our use of your email address to send you notices and communications about the website. We may also use your e-mail address to send you notifications and other messages, such as changes to website features, news and special content. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your removal request through our contact information or by using the “unsubscribe” option in the emails. Opting out may prevent you from receiving emails about updates, news or special content.
Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason by following the instructions on the website or by sending us their request through our contact information. That termination will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all the personal data granted to Synkoc.
Synkoc reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if Synkoc believes that you have violated any of these terms, provided Synkoc with false or misleading information, or interfered with another user’s use of the website or service.
2.3. User Content
User Instructors may provide and upload content and information through the platform. Instructors retain any copyright or other rights they may have in the content and information they provide through the website. Synkoc is not responsible for the accuracy, safety or legality of the content posted on the website by the Instructors. The Instructor is solely and exclusively responsible for its content and the consequences of its publication. By providing content and information through the website, the Instructor grants Synkoc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up right and license to host, store, transfer, perform, reproduce and modify the Instructor’s content for the sole purpose of using and displaying it within the platform and to the general public.
2.4. User Content Representations and Warranties
Synkoc disclaims all liability in connection with the content of the Instructor. The Instructor is solely and exclusively responsible for its content and the consequences of providing content through the platform. By providing and uploading content through the platform, you affirm, represent and warrant that:
a) You are the owner of the content you provide through the website, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to authorize Synkoc to publish and display your content through the website.
b) Your user content, and the use of your user content as contemplated by these terms, does not and will not (i) infringe, violate or misappropriate any third party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, right of privacy, right of publicity or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) libels, defames, slanders, libels or invades the right of privacy, publicity or other proprietary rights of any other person; or (iii) causes Synkoc to violate any law or regulation.
c) Your content could not be considered by a reasonable person to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.
d) Your content does not and will not contain hateful content, threat of physical harm or harassment.
3. USERS
3.1. Account
If you register on Synkoc, you will be required to choose a password, and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. The password and access to the account and related courses is non-transferable. You may not share your password or user account with another user or student. Sharing the password and user account with another user may result in the termination of the user’s account.
You agree to immediately notify Synkoc of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and to ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. You may never use another user’s account without Synkoc’ prior authorization. Synkoc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your breach of this agreement.
By providing Synkoc with your email address, you agree that we may use your email address to send you notifications about the status of your order, important communications about our services or products, news and special content. We may also use your email address to send you notifications, such as changes to service features and special offers on our products and services. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your request through our contact information or by using the “unsubscribe” option in the emails. Opting out may prevent you from receiving emails about updates to your order, news or special offers on our products and services.
Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason by sending us their request through our contact information. Such cancellation will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all personal data granted to Synkoc.
Synkoc reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if Synkoc believes that you have breached any of these terms, furnished Synkoc with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the website or the service by others.
3.2 Courses
By placing an order for a course through the website, you are offering to purchase the course for the price advertised and indicated on the website at the time you purchase the product. In the case of courses, please check the description of the content and features of each course before placing the order. Once the payment process is completed, Synkoc will send the user the login details and all the information necessary to access the course through the website.
When a user purchases a product, Synkoc will send an email to the user to confirm the purchase and payment of the course. This confirmation email will contain the access information for the corresponding course.
Access to the course will be available on 1 device per user. In the event that the user wishes to access the course through another device, the user must submit a specific request through our contact information. Upon completion of each course, the user will receive a certificate of the corresponding course completed.
Synkocmay cancel any order and may change or discontinue the availability of the products at any time at its sole discretion. at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All new orders are considered separately and each is treated individually.
3.3. Prices
Synkoc reserves the right to determine course pricing. Course prices may be subject to change at any time without notice.
Synkoc will use reasonable efforts to keep pricing information posted on the website up to date. We encourage you to periodically check our website for updated pricing information for our courses.
We will always attempt to keep the prices on the website accurate. However, from time-to-time pricing errors may occur, including but not limited to human, mechanical or similar errors. If a pricing error is discovered, the customer will be informed of the error. User will have the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price. The user also has the option to cancel the order if not satisfied with the correct price.
3.4. Payments
Products can be paid through WooCommerce (payment processor available on the website).The charge will be made to the credit/debit card immediately after completing the payment process for the corresponding course. Once the transaction is processed, we will send you an electronic receipt of the transaction to the email address you provide during the purchase or registration process.
If you find any inconsistency in your billing, please contact us through our contact information or you can make the claim through the customer service of the corresponding payment platform.
If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card issuing bank withdraws the authorization. This usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Your card may be declined for various reasons such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code.
If your payment is declined, you must provide an alternative payment method or provide another card where payment can be charged and processed.
Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products. Synkoc reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the products.
4. DISCLAIMER
By accessing the website and purchasing the products, the user accepts personal responsibility for the results of using the information available in the course content. User agrees and represents that Synkoc does NOT guarantee any benefit, nor any type of positive or negative result from the use of the information users obtain through the courses. User also agrees that Synkoc does not guarantee any type of result from the use of the information and content available on the website in general. Synkoc provides resources and content for informational and educational purposes only. You acknowledge that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation and a variety of other circumstances beyond Synkoc’ control. Your use or misuse of any content or information obtained through the courses is at your own risk and responsibility. Synkoc does not accept any claims for the use or misuse of information obtained through the courses by users.
5. COPYRIGHT
The content and copyright of the courses are the sole property of SYNKOC IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. SYNKOC IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED owns all text, images, music, videos, worksheets, blog entries, reports, trademarks and other materials contained in the courses and on the website. No content available in the courses and on the website may be duplicated, distributed or used for any unauthorized purpose without the express written consent of SYNKOC IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Any unauthorized use of the content available on the courses may give rise to claims and demands for infringement of SYNKOC IT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED’s copyright.
All materials on Synkoc, including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, images, text, columns, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, artwork, software and other elements are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Synkoc or by third parties that have licensed or otherwise provided their material to the website. You acknowledge and agree that all Materials on Synkoc are made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. Except as specifically provided herein. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, or otherwise used for any purpose, by any person or entity, without Synkoc prior express written permission. You may not add, delete, distort, or otherwise modify the material. Any unauthorized attempt to modify any material, to defeat or circumvent any security features, or to utilize Synkoc or any part of the material for any purpose other than its intended purposes is strictly prohibited. Synkoc will respond to all inquiries, complaints and claims related to alleged infringement by breach or violation of the provisions contained in international copyright and intellectual property laws and regulations. Synkoc respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe, in good faith, that any material provided on the Synkoc website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit your request via our contact information, with the following information:

7. REFERRAL PROGRAM
Users will be able to join our referral programmed and earn commissions on sales made through affiliate links provided by Synkoc. For each purchase of our courses made on the website via the affiliate link, the affiliate user will receive a percentage commission. Commissions for sales made through affiliate links will be credited to the user’s account. Please note that the commission will only be credited if the referred user makes a purchase of a course through the affiliate user’s affiliate link. Users will be able to withdraw commissions through our payment processors available on the website. Affiliate links are unique and non-transferable.
8. ADVERTISING
Through the website, Synkoc may make available to users, commercial and advertising information, own or third parties in accordance with good business practices. In these cases, Synkoc does not endorse, guarantee or commit its responsibility for the services and/or products marketed by these third parties, since the website serves as a communication and advertising channel, but not as a tool for the provision of services. Consequently, it is the full responsibility of the users to access the sites that send advertising, assuming the obligation to verify and know the conditions of the services offered by third parties.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and indemnify Synkoc and any of their directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

12. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
No responsibility will be accepted by Synkoc for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorized human act, including any errors or mistakes.
13. CHANGES AND TERMINATION
We may change the website and these terms at any time, in our sole discretion and without notice to you. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about these terms. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms and any changes will supersede all previous versions of the terms. Unless otherwise specified herein, all changes to these terms apply to all users take effect. 15. INTEGRATION CLAUSE
This agreement together with the privacy policy and any other legal notices published by Synkoc, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Synkoc concerning and governs your use of the website.
16. DISPUTES
You agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or the use of the services, shall be resolved by binding arbitration between you and Synkoc, provided that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
In the event a dispute arises in connection with your use of the website, purchase of the products or breach of these terms, the parties agree to submit their dispute to arbitration resolution before a reputable arbitration organization, as mutually agreed by the parties and in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.
You agree to initiate a formal dispute proceeding by sending us a communication through our contact information. Synkoc may choose to send you a written offer after receiving your initial communication. If we offer and send you a settlement offer and you do not accept the offer, or we are unable to resolve your dispute satisfactorily and you wish to continue with the dispute process, you must initiate the dispute resolution process before an accredited arbitration organization and file a separate Demand for Arbitration. Any award rendered by the arbitration tribunal shall be final and conclusive on the parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not file, join or participate in any class action lawsuit in connection with any claim, dispute or controversy that may arise in connection with your use of the website, purchase of the products.
The courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, controversy or claim relating to Synkoc and its business operations. Any such dispute or controversy shall be brought and resolved in the courts of India.
17. FINAL PROVISIONS
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Use of our website and purchase of our products and services on the website is not authorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all of the provisions of these terms.
