How to Find Your Missing Course
If you are unable to find a course that you purchased or created in Synkoc site, here are some steps you can take to locate it:
Check your email: If you purchased a course, you should have received an email confirmation with the course details and access information from email@example.com. Search your email inbox for the confirmation email and follow the instructions to access the course.
Check your account dashboard: Log in to your Synkoc account and go to the “Dashboard”. Check the list of courses under the “My Courses” section to see if the missing course is there.
Contact the course instructor: If you are enrolled in a course created by another instructor, contact them and ask for assistance in locating the missing course. They may have accidentally removed the course or have it set to private.
Contact Synkoc support: If you have tried the above steps and still cannot find the missing course, contact our synkoc support team for assistance. Provide us with the details of the course, such as the course name and instructor name, and we will help you locate the course.
