Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI & Machine Learning Trainer to conduct offline training sessions at our Bengaluru office. This is a freelance collaboration opportunity for trainers interested in delivering quality technical training through a revenue-sharing model.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom-based AI and Machine Learning training sessions.
- Teach Python, data preprocessing, machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and practical projects.
- Prepare hands-on exercises and project-based learning activities.
- Guide students through practical assignments and industry-oriented projects.
- Coordinate with the SYNKOC team regarding batches, schedules, and student progress.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, and AI fundamentals.
- Practical experience with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and deliver hands-on sessions.
- Previous training or mentoring experience is preferred.
Collaboration Model
- 50:50 revenue-sharing model, as mutually agreed.
- Student leads and batch coordination support from SYNKOC.
- Flexible batch schedules by mutual agreement.
- Training conducted offline at our Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru office.
This is a freelance collaboration opportunity, not a fixed-salary employment position. Earnings depend on the batches conducted and student enrolments.
