Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Science Trainer to collaborate with us in delivering practical, industry-oriented Data Science training at our Bengaluru office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct offline classroom training sessions in Data Science.
- Teach Python programming, NumPy, Pandas, data cleaning, and data preprocessing.
- Explain exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistics, probability, and data visualization.
- Provide hands-on training using Matplotlib, Seaborn, and relevant data analysis tools.
- Introduce machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation where applicable.
- Guide students through practical assignments, datasets, and real-world projects.
- Help learners develop analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with the SYNKOC team regarding batch schedules and student progress.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Data Science concepts and Python programming.
- Practical experience with data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Scikit-learn.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly through hands-on exercises.
- Previous technical training, teaching, or mentoring experience is preferred.
Collaboration Model
- 50:50 revenue-sharing model, as mutually agreed.
- Student leads and batch coordination support from SYNKOC.
- Flexible batch schedules by mutual agreement.
- Training conducted offline at our Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru office.
- Opportunity to conduct beginner-to-advanced training based on your expertise.
This is a freelance collaboration opportunity, not a fixed-salary employment position. Earnings depend on the batches conducted and student enrolments.
