Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Trainer to collaborate with us in delivering practical, job-oriented Java training at our Bengaluru office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct offline classroom training sessions on Java programming.
- Teach Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), exception handling, collections, multithreading, and file handling.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and practical projects.
- Train students in Java application development and debugging techniques.
- Cover advanced topics such as JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, depending on your expertise.
- Guide students through real-world projects and coding best practices.
- Coordinate with the SYNKOC team regarding batch schedules and student progress.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented concepts.
- Practical experience with Java development tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
- Ability to explain programming concepts clearly through practical examples.
- Previous technical training, teaching, or mentoring experience is preferred.
Collaboration Model
- 50:50 revenue-sharing model, as mutually agreed.
- Student leads and batch coordination support from SYNKOC.
- Flexible batch schedules by mutual agreement.
- Training conducted offline at our Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru office.
- Opportunity to deliver beginner to advanced Java training based on your expertise.
This is a freelance collaboration opportunity, not a fixed-salary employment position. Earnings depend on the batches conducted and student enrolments.
